If I could I would leave a 0. Terrible customer service . Work is not thorough at all . I literally asked the employee mid pedicure to stop so I could leave . Why spend money on poor service. The manager did not even come see about the issue . He asked me to move from the Chair so another customer could come in . Dont waste your time !

They are great when it comes to quality because I never get anything too complicated. HOWEVER I’ve been coming to them for over 4 months.. they are veeerrrryy prejudice, I won’t say necessarily races because I only know based on MY experience. *And I have hope* but they’ve told me a few times “Wait 40 minutes OR come another day” I’ve left a few times and went to another salon just for my friends to say they sat them as soon as they walked in 🥺! They turn people away and lie when others come in and say “They have appt”

If I could give them a negative I would. I went in during lunch to get my eyebrows done. Taken back directly girl asked how do u like ur eye brows and I said clean up no arch nothing else plain leave them thick. She took off one eye brow and made the other one so thin that you can't see it unless I do my eye brows. I don't .. this place should close down this is the second issue I have had. I dont believe in sub part work.. close down !
